On Wednesday, October 2, star Indian batter Virat Kohli took to social media to endorse the bats produced by Bangladesh all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz’s company, ‘MKS.’ Mehidy introduced Kohli to his bat manufacturing venture and revealed that he had previously gifted a bat to the Indian cricketer. Kohli was reportedly impressed by the quality of the bat, having played with it, and was asked to share his thoughts on the craftsmanship of the willow.
In a heartwarming gesture, Kohli initially spoke in Bengali before switching to English and Hindi. He praised the MKS bats, emphasizing their excellent quality, and encouraged the company to continue producing top-notch products.

India captain Rohit Sharma also sent his best wishes to Mehidy, praising him not only as a cricketer but also for his entrepreneurial spirit.
“I’ve known Mehidy for a long time. He is a very good cricketer, and I am proud of him for starting his own bat company with a few of his friends. I wish him all the best; may God grant him success. I hope this company rises above the rest,” said Rohit Sharma , further elevating the goodwill around Mehidy’s venture.
