The Indian skipper, Virat Kohli went on to reveal that his mom was not very happy when he had started to be concerned about his fitness as she used to say that he had become weak. Virat Kohli gave a new definition to fitness in the Indian cricket. The levels of fitness he has achieved, have now become minimum requirements for any young cricketer.
On Thursday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared the second teaser of the new episode of ‘Open Nets with Mayank’ on Twitter. Captioning video on Twitter, BCCI wrote: “Moms be like. Listen in to what @imVkohli’s mother thought of him when he started his fitness regime. “
Mayank Agarwal asked Virat if he can recall any conversation with his mother or any family member over his new fitness regime.

Recalling the same, Kohli said, “My mom used to tell me that I am becoming weak. I think that’s a very regular thing any mother would say. Tu bada kamjor ho gaya hai, tu kuch khata hi nahi hai,” Kohli’s mother was concerned with his new fitness regime.

Kohli can be seen in a new look in the teaser shared by the BCCI for the new episode of ‘Open Nets with Mayank’ on their official Twitter handle. Kohli was the latest guest on Mayank Agarwal’s chat show, which has seen some prominent guests like BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav among others being quizzed by the right-handed batsman.
