Team India is locking horns with Sri Lanka in the series opener of the three-match ODI series at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. Running between the wickets has been a forte of the Indian stalwart, Virat Kohli throughout his illustrious international career and he often converts a single into two runs by being lightning-quick between the wickets.
However, Kohli was denied an opportunity to take a double and he got angry at his batting partner Hardik Pandya. India has dominated the proceedings in the first ODI so far by amassing as many as 373 runs in the opening game of the series.

Earlier in the game the Sri Lanka skipper, Dasun Shanaka won the toss and asked the hosts to bat first owing to the certain chances of dew later in the game. The Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill both scored half-centuries while Virat Kohli scored a smashing century to help the team to register a score of 370+.
The brilliant knock from Virat Kohli included some magnificent strokes along with super running between the wickets. However, there was a moment when he was unable to run a couple of runs due to Hardik Pandya’s lazy running and the batter got angry at him.

Kasun Rajitha was bowling in the 43rd over of the innings and Virat was facing the third ball. The batter pushed a slower delivery to square leg and ran with the intent to take two runs. However, Hardik Pandya who was batting with him denied taking a double and the ace batter was seen fuming in anger at his batting partner.
