Team India will be resuming bilateral cricket for the first time since March as they take on Australia in a much-anticipated series in Australia from Friday. Virat Kohli and his men will be commencing the tour with a 3-match ODI series, starting November 27 in Sydney. Following the enforced break due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the Indian players will be heading to the UAE for Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 and arrived in Australia and trained under bio-secure conditions in Sydney.
Virat Kohli will be looking to continue from where the side left during their last visit Down Under. India had registered a 2-1 win over Australia in the ODI series. India will begin the series in Sydney and play the series finale in Canberra on Wednesday. Kohli is on the verge of reaching a few milestones as the India skipper returns to one of his favorite hunting grounds. He has an impressive record as captain against Australia as the India captain has led the team to 11 wins in 17 games.
