Ahead of India’s fifth and final ODI against the Windies, which will be played on Thursday in Thiruvananthapuram, skipper Virat Kohli expressed how blissful he feels after visiting such a beautiful state of India. Praising the beauty of Kerala, Kohli urged the Indian people to pay a visit to the state and experience the energy of God’s own country. He also mentioned that Kerala has recovered completely from the natural calamity it faced earlier this year.

Sharing how blissful the experience has been, the skipper left behind a note at The Leela Raviz Kovalam where the Men in Blue are currently staying. His note read, “Being in Kerala is nothing short of bliss. I love coming here and love the energy of the whole place. The beauty of Kerala is something to be experienced and I would recommend to everyone that they come here and experience the energy of God’s Own Country. The tourism sector in Kerala which has taken a hit after the flood will surely be hoping for resurrection after Virat’s lovely gesture exhorting people to pay a visit to God’s Own Country. As per reports, a recently-conducted survey by the state tourism department stated that most of the tourist destinations are fit to welcome tourists. The survey also stated that there has been a surge in the arrival of both international and national tourists in the past month.

Earlier on Tuesday, Kohli shared a picture of his at the end of the day. He wrote what all he did during the day and furthermore shared what it to be done to make the day a perfect one.
