In India, a lot of fans consider cricketers as demigods. And for an ardent cricket fan, a simple wave of a hand or a birthday wish from their favorite cricketer becomes a memorable moment. And, one such incident took place when the Indian side was leaving the team hotel. One fan was holding a placard that read ‘ It is my birthday today.

And, when Indian skipper, Virat Kohli was going past him, the fan also told his favorite cricketer that it was his birthday. And, Kohli had no hesitation in replying to the fan. The 33-year-old cricket legend turned and wished the fan a happy birthday. And needless to say, that surely would have made the fan’s day. You can see the video of Kohli wishing the fan below.

Team Indian registered an absolutely dominating win over New Zealand in the 2nd Test match in Mumbai. The visitors were set a target of 540 for victory in the second innings, and the Kiwiw succumbed clueless by the Indian spin bowling attack.

The left-arm spinner etched his name in the history books by scalping all 10 wickets to fall in the Indian first innings. Patel troubled the Indian batters in the second innings as well and took a 4-wicket haul.

Mayank Agarwal won the Player of the Match award in the second Test match. While Agarwal scored a 311-ball 150 in the first innings, the right-handed opening batter contributed 62 valuable runs in the second essay as well.
