Making his IPL debut, Ravindra had begun impressively, partnering with skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad at the top of the order and displaying an array of aggressive strokes.

The dismissal came immediately after Ravindra dispatched Sharma for a maximum, only to find himself caught by Rajat Patidar on the very next delivery while attempting a slog sweep. As Ravindra made his way back to the pavilion, cameras captured Kohli delivering an animated send-off, urging the batsman to exit the field with a hand gesture accompanied by some choice language.

Prior to Ravindra’s dismissal, RCB had endured a shaky start, finding themselves struggling at 78 for 5 in the 12th over. However, a resilient partnership worth 96 runs between Anuj Rawat and Dinesh Karthik rescued the team, guiding them to a competitive total of 173 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs.
Reflecting on Kohli’s performance, the veteran right-hander contributed 21 runs from 20 deliveries in his first competitive outing since January, adding further intensity to an already gripping encounter.
