The year 2021 was indeed special for the Indian Test skipper, Virat Kohli as he became a father for the first time. His wife Anushka Sharma gave birth to a baby girl, and the couple named her Vamika. Notably, Kohli had left Team India midway through the all-important tour of Australia to attend his child’s birth. He revealed the good news on January 11 earlier this year, with a post on social media platforms.
In his post, Virat Kohli had thanked his fans and well-wishers for their blessings and revealed that his wife and kid are safe and healthy.
