Virushka Gets Colourful Wishes On Their First Marriage Anniversary

Just a year ago, on 11 December 2017, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and the Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma tied the knot in Italy. On their first marriage anniversary celebration, the couple is getting best wishes from everywhere.

It was the time when the Indian cricket team had the busy international cricket schedule. Prior to the crucial South Africa tour, India was playing the home ODI series against Sri Lanka at that time. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli featured in the earlier three-match home Test series against Sri Lanka that India won by 1-0 and Kohli finished as the leading run-scorer (610 runs) in that series along with winning the Player of the Series award.

However, Kohli missed the following limited-overs series of that Sri Lanka’s tour of India due to his marriage. On the exact one year ago, Kohli and Anushka Sharma set their marriage in Italy. Only the close families and a few friends attended that special occasion.

Since then, they have become one of the top Indian couple celebrities. Their bonding is perfect and the couple is enjoying their dream life together. Despite having the jam-packed schedules in both of their professional life, they are maintaining their married life in a brilliant way. They try to be together as much as possible and sometimes they connect with the fans together through the social media. Recently, the couple freshly re-appeared in the Manyavar advertisement.

The 30-year-old right-handed top-order batsman Virat Kohli is currently in a brilliant form with the bat. The no.1 Test ranked team captain Kohli is currently the top-ranked Test and ODI batsman. He has played 74 Tests, 216 ODIs and 65 T20Is where he has scored 6,368 runs (average 53.96), 10,232 runs (average 59.83) and 2,167 runs (average 49.25) respectively.

Currently, Kohli is busy on the Australia tour. After levelling the three-match T20I series by 1-1, the Indian team has taken the 1-0 lead in the four-match Test series against the hosts Australia after winning the first Test at Adelaide by 31 runs.
