In recent times, it’s been a ritual that wherever Anushka Sharma goes, husband Virat Kohli’s mention follows her, as a result, the Bollywood actor was left blushing at a recent event by her cricketer husband’s fans.

Anushka is one a promotional tour for her upcoming film Sui Dhaga with her co-star Varun Dhawan and recently, when they were showcasing the film’s trailer to the students of Vivekananda Global University in Jaipur on August 27, the crowd started chanting Kohli-Kohli. Varun poked fun at her and said, “Unse mujhe bhi bahut prem hai (Even I love him a lot).”

While trying to calm down the fans, Anushka finally confessed that she too misses her husband, she said, “Ji ji, haan haan haan! Sabko unse prem hai, mujhe bhi hai. Sabko unki yaad aarai hai, mujhe bhi aarai hai. (Yes yes yes! Everyone loves him, I love him too. Everyone misses him, I miss him too). But right now, let’s focus on the film’s trailer aur phir hum aapko dikhane wale hain Chaav Laga, humara pehla gana (Then we will show you Chaav Laga, the first song from the movie).”

Virat is currently leading the Indian team in the ongoing five-match Test series against England. India conceded a 1-3 lead in after losing the Test match on Sunday at the Ageas Bowl. 

‘Sui Dhaga – Made In India’ is based on the stories of self-reliance and high spirits of the two central characters, Mamta and Mauji, rooted in an earthy town of India. The love story is slated to hit the screens on September 28 this year.
