There’s no doubt regarding the act that former Indian skipper. MS Dhoni has a massive fan following, not only in Chennai but across the entire nation and even outside India. He has helped India reach a lot of achievements in his glorious cricketing career and the love and appreciation for him can be seen everywhere. He is currently leading the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

Dhoni has had an impressive tournament thus far, playing some crucial knocks lower down the order. Against the Delhi Capitals (DC), he turned up with a 32* in a tight run-chase. The veteran campaigner turned back eh clock in the game against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the M Chidambaram Stadium, where he took the bowling to the cleaners to score 75 runs.

However, On Wednesday, he failed to deliver for the team when CSK was in crisis against Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. He came to bat after CSK lost three early wickets in their run-chase of 171 runs. Nevertheless, he couldn’t make much of an impact, despite a 54-run partnership with Kedar Jadhav. He was dismissed Hardik Pandya after scoring 12 from 21 balls.

Following his dismissal, a fan was seen changing his jersey. When Dhoni was batting, he was wearing the CSK jersey and cheering for Dhoni with all his might. After his hero got dismissed in the 15th over of the game, the supporter removed the Yellow jersey and was seen in the Mumbai Indians (MI) jersey that he was wearing below the Super Kings’ outfit.

This isn’t the first time when a fan has shifted loyalty, based only on MSD. Even in the 2018 edition of the IPL, a couple of fans were seen changing to the CSK jersey when Dhoni came out to bat. As far as the match is concerned, the home team won comfortably by 37 runs.
