Harbhajan Singh donned a new jersey in the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) when he joined the comeback franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) this season. Now the veteran Indian spinner has taken up a new challenge and a new role as he becomes a talk show host with the launch of ‘Quick Heal Bhajji Blast with CSK’. The weekly talk show will feature top cricketers from India and abroad.

Harbhajan sat down with his CSK teammate Suresh Raina for the very inaugural episode of ‘Quick Heal Bhajji Blast with CSK’. The two had a lot of fun while chatting about various random issues like World Cup win, their daughters and lots more. Bhajji was initially very nervous about his debut as an anchor but Raina encouraged the veteran spinner saying he was doing a great job.

The two talked about a lot of issues and shared a lot of laughs. Harbhajan and Raina also fought over the no. 3 jersey. Both have worn the no. 3 jersey for India. Raina revealed why he prefers the number.

Bhajji also revealed that he Raina have lot more in common than the jersey. They are both nicknamed Sonu.

Earlier, during the launch, Harbhajan fielded questions from journalists about this latest undertaking. The talk show will have Harbhajan in a candid conversation with his CSK teammates on subjects ranging from cricket to personal life and anecdotes.

“Whenever interviewed, most cricketing stars appear very graceful and poised, but anyone who’s been anywhere near a dressing room knows how far from reality that actually is,” Harbhajan said. “Pranks and wisecracks are a part and parcel of their interactions with each other. This unseen facet is what I want to bring to Indian audiences through Quick Heal Bhajji Blast with CSK,” he further added.
