In the ICC Champions Trophy match between India and Pakistan, Hardik Pandya, who was promoted ahead of MS Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav scored 20 valuable runs off just 6 balls which included 3 huge sixes in 3 balls off the bowling of Pakistani spinner Imad Wasim. This cameo made sure India reach 319 at the loss of 3 wickets and get to a position of strength in the game.

The very first ball saw Wasim start with a full ball to which Pandya cleared his front leg and launched it high over long-off. The next ball was full again but wider and Hardik launched it over wide long-off which was a flatter batted one. The third ball was pulled back slightly and was slower, Hardik stepped across got down on one knee and slog swept it to the stands.
