WATCH: Haris Rauf celebrates his birthday with Pakistan and Scotland players

Pakistan cricketer Haris Rauf has turned 28 on 7th November 2021, and he celebrated his birthday with both Scotland, as well as the Pakistan players after the conclusion of the match between them. However, Rauf cut the cake and fed everyone. Later, they were seen having a lot of fun in the dressing room.

However, the official Twitter handle of the Scotland cricket team has posted a video of players from both teams where they can be seen enjoying themselves after the match. They posted the video with the caption, ‘We even had cake with PCB’.

However, Haris Rauf has been in good form with the ball in the ongoing T20 World Cup. He has taken 8 wickets in the 5 matches so far, which came at an average of 17.00 and a strike rate of 15.00 as well. He conceded runs at an economy rate of just 6.80 in the tournament as well and has taken a wicket in every game also.

Notably, Pakistan has played a great brand of cricket so far where they beat the teams like India and New Zealand. They have already qualified for the semifinal in the tournament, where they will play against Australia on 11th November 2021. In their last game, Pakistan thrashed Scotland by 72 runs in the Super 12 match on 7th November 2021. After posting a huge total of 189/4 on the board, they restricted their opposition to a total of 117/6 as well.

After the win, Babar Azam, the captain said: “We are confident about each other’s ability. We are playing as a unit and hence playing consistent cricket. We wanted to bat first. We couldn’t play well in the PP. Hafeez played well and so did Malik. He used his experience and played well towards the end. We have been confident. We would want to continue with the same momentum. Dubai is one of the best stadiums. We love the fans over here and there as well. The way they come and cheer for us is amazing.”
