The Indian women’s cricket team are currently in England for the full-fledged series. While the one-off Test ended in a draw, the host won the first ODI as well. However, the Indian women team moved from Bristol to Taunton on Tuesday for their second ODI against England Women.
However, the Indian cricket board has taken to Twitter and shared a video of their “travel day”. “#TeamIndia move from Bristol to Taunton for the second WODI against England,” the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) captioned the video while sharing.

As far as the first ODI is concerned, England Women beat India Women convincingly by eight wickets. The second ODI will take place on Wednesday whereas the third match will be played in Worcester. After that, they will take on each other in a three-match T20I series as well.
However, after the defeat, veteran pacer of the Indian team, Jhulan Goswami backed her teammates before the second ODI against England. “Well, it’s just the first match. The day before yesterday was her [Shafali Varma] debut, you cannot expect so much from her. That’s the impact she has had. They [Punam Raut, Mithali Raj, Harmanpreet Kaur] just need one good knock among them. Then definitely we’ll be on a great platform. These things happen in cricket,” she said.

“This is a sport. Every day is a new day, every day is new learning. And hopefully one good innings from the three – Punam… Mithali has been very consistent, in the South Africa series also she batted well, this series also in the first ODI she scored runs. Harman needs one good knock and she’ll be back. So we just need one good match from our middle order,” again shared Goswami.
