Pakistan Super League team Islamabad United used a picture of Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah’sto share the message of safety among its fans and fellow Pakistani nationals. The Twitter handle posted the picture of a Jasprit Bumrah no-ball from the  2017 Champions Trophy. It was the final match between Indian and Pakistan of the 2017 Champions Trophy in England when Jasprit Bumrah bowled the pictured No-ball. The Pakistan Super League franchise used the same image to spread awareness of the COVID-19 virus and advised people to stay inside their house.

The tweet said, “Don’t cross the line. It can be costly, Don’t leave your homes unnecessarily, MAINTAIN PHYSICAL DISTANCE but make sure your hearts remain close. #UnitedAgainstCovid19”

However, and Indian cricket fan found the tweet by the Islamabad United team offensive. The twitter user came up with a perfect reply and commented on the tweet shared by the PSL  franchise.  Remembering Mohammed Amir’s infamous no-ball, the user shared an image of Amir’s no-ball against England when both the teams were playing a test match at Lords. The user captioned that image with “stay inside, stay safe or they could face 5 years of prison.”

An Indian fan took offense to the tweet and came up with the perfect reply to the Islamabad United franchise. He posted a picture of Mohammed Amir’s infamous no-ball in the Lord’s Test against England in 2010. He uploaded the picture with the caption saying that everyone should stay inside and stay safe or they could face 5 years of prison.

The pictured no-ball was a huge moment in the match as Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman had hit the ball straight back to MS Dhoni and was about to receive marching orders from the umpire. However, upon checking, Jasprit Bumrah had bowled a no-ball. The no-ball saved Fakhar Zaman’s wicket and the player made the most of it. Fakhar Zaman scored a match winnings century and helped Pakistan win the 2017 Champions trophy.
