Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni was recently been spotted in Shimla and the reports suggest that he has visited the beautiful city for a 5-day stay with his family. He arrived at Jubbarhatti airport in a chartered plane and left for Wild Flower Hall in Charabara. Dhoni, along with his wife Sakshi, is expected to stay in Shimla at least till August 31. Reports say he would be taking part in an advertisement shoot on the historic Ridge Ground in Shimla on Tuesday morning.

Dhoni visited the Queen of Hills way back in 2004 for a cricket tournament he participated. Security has been tightened for the cricketer as he has been declared ‘State Guest’ by the Himachal Pradesh government. He may also join the anti-drug campaign in Himachal. He will be approached by the HP Police for a shoot of a video message to the youngsters.

MS’ next assignment with the Indian team will be the Asia Cup 2018 in UAE which starts on September 15. India has been placed in the same group as arch-rivals Pakistan and the two teams will face each other on September 19.
Dhoni remains an integral part of the limited-overs Indian team after announcing his Test retirement in December 2014.
