The former India captain MS Dhoni has been away from cricketing action since India lost the semi-final in the ICC World Cup. However, he was recently seen participating in the Tennis Championship at Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) International Stadium in Ranchi.
A video which was shared by one of MS Dhoni’s fans, the former India captain can be seen playing tennis in a men’s doubles match. Although it was not the first time Dhoni participated in a tennis tournament held in his hometown, last year he won the JSCA Country Cricket Club Tennis Championship in Ranchi as well.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) also posted a picture of Dhoni serving the ball in the tournament with the caption, “The King, at your service”.

However, it is still not sure when MS Dhoni will be back in the action again. He didn’t feature in India’s squad for the Twenty20 International (T20I) series against South Africa and Bangladesh. Even he might miss the limited-overs series against the West Indies which will start from December 6 as well.

Although a few days ago, news came that MS Dhoni has been started doing gym sessions and also he started practising Jharkhand team to be fully fit before returning to the national squad – whenever he wants.
