Currently, one of the most loved Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians (MI) is locking horns with the last year’s runners-up Delhi Capitals (DC) at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. After winning the toss, the MI skipper, Rohit Sharma decided to bowl first. Hence, the DC opened their innings with Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw.

During the toss, the DC skipper, Shreyas Iyer revealed foreign players in the squad as Colin Ingram, Keemo Paul, Trent Boult, and Kagiso Rabada were playing. On the other hand, MI decided to go with Quinton de Kock, Kieron Pollard, Ben Cutting, and Mitchell McClenaghan. The visitors had a rough start as they lost shaw early in the innings and then Iyer came out to bat.

Shreyas seemed to be in good nick as evident from his silken boundaries and inch-perfect timing. But one shot too many led to his undoing as he looked to cover-drive the ball as it was pitched up to him.
