South Africa had gotten off to a wonderful start courtesy Hashim Amla and Quinton De Kock and it seemed India were in to chase a large score, but then Ravichandran Ashwin ensured no such happened as he foxed South African batsman Hashim Amla with a beauty.

It was Ashwin,s first outing of the tournament and he started off really well with his spell and was quite accurate. he kept the things quite and build pressure against South Africa who found it difficult to score runs against Ashwin.

The incident happened on the third ball of the 18th over. Ashwin bowled flat and wide outside off stump, the ball skidded on and Amla was very late in his cut. The ball got a thick edge and quite a bit of deflection. Dhoni behind the stumps stood his ground, brought his gloves to an excellent position and took a lovely catch to send Amla back
