Currently, the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Mumbai Indians (MI) are locking horns with each other at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi. After winning the toss, the MI skipper, Rohit Sharma decided to bat first. However, the visitors started on a decent note as both their openers, Rohit and Quinton de Kock came out all guns blazing.
During the toss, the DC skipper, Shreyas Iyer revealed that they have made no changes to the squad in order to maintain consistency. On the other hand, MI made a couple of changes in their squad as Ishan Kishan and Jason Behrendroff made way for Ben Cutting and Jayant Yadav.

Rohit and De Kock added as many as 57 runs in the powerplay, but on the first ball of the 7th over, the MI skipper was dismissed by Amit Mishra. Surprisingly, Cutting came out to bat at no.3 and he also got dismissed in the 8th ver by Axar Patel. Surya Kumar Yadav was building a partnership with De Kock but only managed to add just 12 runs for the third wicket as some huge confusion took place between the two owing to some brilliant fielding display from Kagiso Rabada.

Yadav also got out in the 16th over, then both the Pandya brothers took the innings to the final over and the much-awaited battle was on as Hardik was facing Rabada in the final over and both of them got benefitted as Rabada got the wicket after getting smashed for a six. On the second ball of the over, he smashed Rabada for a six over the long-on boundary for a six with the help of in-famous helicopter shot.

On the very next delivery, Rabada took his revenge as he delivered a slower off-cutter short pitch ball, and Hardik looks to go over square leg, but only managed to get the top edge. The ball flew in the night sky, and Pant gets under it and completes the catch. This has been a special cameo from Hardik.
