Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan posted a video on his Instagram account showing off his musical skills. He was seen playing flute in the video and asked the fans to guess the song. He was sitting on a yellow couch in the video and was playing a Jagjeet Singh song on it.

Dhawan also urged the fans to stay calm and positive during this tough time in this pandemic situation around the nation.

This video got viral instantly and received over 90 thousand views in just an hour. The video also received over 50,000 likes in a short while.

His fans praised him for his musical skills while playing the flute. His comment box got flooded with appreciation comments by his fans.

Dhawan was in sensational form during the now-postponed Indian Premier League 2021. Playing for Delhi Capitals, he gave his team sensational starts during the powerplay. Now he is likely to captain the Indian side during the upcoming Sri Lanka tour, where Team India will be playing three One-Day Internationals apart from five T20I matches.

India’s regular skipper will be busy playing Test cricket in England while his deputy Rohit Sharma will be there too. Hence, the reins of the second-string Indian team can fall into the hands of Dhawan, who is now the most senior player in the team.

Team India will be playing the World Test Championship Final against New Zealand in Southampton from June 18. Afterwards, India will face England in a five-match Test series starting in August. Hence, BCCI decided to send a second team to play in Sri Lanka.
