Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal got into an argument with on-field umpires S Ravi (India) and RJ Tucker (Australia) during Bangladesh’s ICC Champions Trophy 2017 opening match against England at The Oval. The Incident happened in the 35th over of England Innings when English skipper Eoin Morgan was on the crease.

English Skipper Morgan chipped a ball from Bangladesh’s skipper Mashrafe Mortaza down the ground. Tamim Iqbal who was at long-on dived and came up with the ball. Morgan was not sure what happened and he didn’t move and the umpires sent the decision to the third umpire, but the soft signal was not out which meant there is to be conclusive evidence to overturn it. Tamim on his part pulled off a magnificent effort leaping forwards and clutched the ball as it died on him but the ball looked to have brushed the turf and the decision of Not Out stayed which infuriated Tamim and led him to have a few words with the On Field umpires.
