India’s flamboyant all-rounder Yuvraj Singh can be seen in the final episode of the famous game show Kaun Banega Crorepati on November 6 hosted by the legend himself Mr. Amitabh Bachchan.

Yuvraj was accompanied by Bollywood actress Vidya Balan on the show. However, Yuvi got emotional and cried when he recalled the days when he was fighting with cancer on the sets which left everyone dumbfounded.

The special episode has been named as ‘Abhinandan Abhaar’ and will be aired on November 6 and 7 on Sony Entertainment Television. Yuvraj was fighting with cancer during the World Cup in 2011 but the fighter in him refused to give up and continued playing for India. He had a single dream in his mind to win the World Cup for his nation and the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar who had served the Indian cricket immensely in his career.

Yuvraj Singh narrated his story of his fight with deadly cancer, he said, “When I woke up after sleeping, a little bit of red-colored mucous came out and also the tumor of 14 centimeters but I kept on playing. My health started declining and eventually, the doctor suggested me that if I don’t take a treatment even now then it would be difficult for me to be alive. Due to that my game and health both became bad.”

His story left everyone teary-eyed and even he could not stop himself from crying. All the crowd including Amitabh and Vidya were left teary-eyed after listening to his struggle. But then the southpaw fought back from Cancer and made his return to the national squad which was highly praiseworthy.

Every cricket fan salutes him for his determination as he played the whole World Cup bearing the disease and won it for India. He was adjudged as Man of the Series for his all-around performance in the mega event and Yuvraj will always be the hero in the millions of Indian hearts forever.
