In a serious development, a woman from Ghaziabad has lodged an FIR against Indian cricketer and Royal Challengers Bengaluru pacer Yash Dayal, accusing him of emotionally, mentally, and physically exploiting her over the course of a five-year relationship. The allegations claim that Dayal repeatedly engaged in physical relations with her under the false pretense of marriage.

The case has been registered under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deals with sexual intercourse by deceitful means, including false promises of marriage. This is a non-bailable offense, carrying a potential sentence of up to 10 years of imprisonment if found guilty.

Please don’t treat him as a culprit until he proven guilty.
हो सकता हो वो गलत भी हो लेकिन इसे मुद्दा ना ही बनाया जाय तो बेहतर होगा।
