Former Indian all-rounder, Yuvraj Singh celebrated the 15th anniversary of his 6 sixes with son Orion, saying he could not have found a better partner to watch the highlights of the event with. On September 19, 2007, Yuvraj became the second batter to hit six sixes in an over in international cricket, after Herschelle Gibbs.

Yuvraj Singh achieved the feat during the T20 World Cup match against England. Yuvraj, who was provoked by comments from Andrew Flintoff, hammed Stuart Broad for six sixes in the penultimate over. “Couldn’t have found a better partner to watch this together with after 15 years,” Yuvraj Singh tweeted.

Here is the video of the knock from Yuvraj Singh:

Yuvraj’s heroics helped India to reach a match-winning score of 218/4 and along the way, he completed a 12-ball half-century, which is a record in all forms of international cricket. The assault on Broad made Yuvraj Singh the first batter to hit six sixes in an over in T20I and overall, fourth. Garry Sobers and Ravi Shastri previously achieved the feat in first-class matches, while Herschelle Gibbs in the World Cup 2007.

Yuvraj Singh dispatched the ball over cow corner in the first ball of the 19th over. The next ball went deep into the crowd beyond the backward square leg. Yuvraj then smashed the third ball over extra cover. Stuart Broad tried to go round the wicket, but Yuvraj cleared the rope over backward point.

The southpaw all-rounder then whacked the fifth one over midwicket, which flew into the night sky before landing in the crowd. The Indian then completed the over by smashing over the wide mid-on, leaving the crowd roaring.
