Yuzvendra Chahal Misses Being Called ’tilli’ by Indian Stalwart

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has affected the world severely. It has brought the world to a standstill with many countries being completely lockdown for safety and to contain the spread of the virus. With no cricket going on, all the cricketers have a lot of free time on their hands right now. Many cricketers have also been proactive on their social media in the past few weeks due to the lockdown. On Sunday, Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal shared a photo on social media and revealed how much he misses an Indian legend.

Yuzvendra Chahal took to Twitter and shared how much he missed former India captain and wicket-keeper, MS Dhoni. Chahal shares how he is already missing MS Dhoni’s presence behind the stumps. Naming  MS Dhoni as a ‘legend’, Chahal revealed he is missing being called ’tilli’ by the 2011 World Cup winner.

Chahal shared an image of himself and MS Dhoni. He captioned it saying, “Miss being called tilli from behind the stumps by the legend..!!”

 

MS Dhoni last featured during India’s semi-final loss to New Zealand in the World Cup 2019 in England. It has been more than 8 months since MS Dhoni last featured in a competitive match. MSD was set to return in action with the star-studded Indian Premier League and lead the Chennai Super Kings. However, the IPL is suspended indefinitely due to the pandemic outbreak of the Corona Virus.

The future of ICC T20 World Cup is also uncertain. The tournament is slated to take place in Australia later this year. The pandemic spread of coronavirus pandemic has highly affected the sports industry. All the sporting events have either been canceled or postponed across the globe due to the same.
