During the ongoing fifth ODI between South Africa and India at Port Elizabeth, Yuzvendra Chahal’s lack of pace saw David Miller being completely deceived as India made inroads into the match.
On the fourth delivery of the 27th over, in a bid to increase the run rate, David Miller stepped out to play the lofted shot against Chahal. The Indian spinners had been bowling at a low pace today. The same became the reason behind Miller’s dismissal.
After beating Miller, the ball went on to crash the wickets, leaving Miller in an awkward position.
Miller was bowled by Chahal in a similar fashion in the last match as well. Since it was a no-ball, the southpaw cashed in on the extra chance that day. However, that wasn’t the case today.
The wicket also ended a 62-run partnership between Hashim Amla and Miller. The southpaw ended up scoring 36 (51) with the help of two fours and a six.
