#2 Kartik Tyagi
The right-arm fast bowler, Kartik Tyagi made his first-class debut for Uttar Pradesh, a month before he turned 17. He was selected to play for the Indian U-19 team which went for the Junior World Cup in early 2020. He played for Rajasthan Royals in the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Last year, he was one of the reserve players who was there on the tour with the team. Because of his previous stints, he could get a go-ahead to England.
3. Bhuvneshwar Kumar
A lot of people questioned the exclusion of Bhuvneshwar Kumar from the Indian Test squad for England tour. Some are even speculating that this could be the end of the road for him as he played his last Test in January 2018. As a matter of fact, Bhuvneshwar was quite successful in England during the tour in 2014 when he scored 250 runs and also took 19 wickets.

In 2018, he missed the tour due to injury and failed to make a comeback in Tests since then. However, with the latest developments on Krishna, Bhuvneshwar could be picked as a reserve. But, it will be interesting to see if the BCCI picks such a senior member as a reserve player.
