Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood Diva Anushka Sharma jumped back to their work within few days of marriage. Soon after the destination wedding in Italy, followed by two extravagant receptions in Delhi and Mumbai. Virat was back on the field while his beautiful actress wife resumed shooting for her upcoming projects.
The newly-wedded couple headed straight off to South Africa where Team India is playing a series but Anushka left for India shortly after spending New Years with her hubby.
Under Virat’s captaincy, Team India is on the South Africa tour and during the second ODI of the ongoing five-match series, amidst of the fans cheering for the ‘Men in Blue’, a cute moment was observed by the viewers as fans came with a big banner made out of Virat and Anushka’s wedding picture.

The Delhi cricketer was when asked about life after marriage, as a leading entertainment portal quoted in their report, said, “Not difficult at all, I was away for something (marriage) which is much more important. That is a period that will always remain special for both of us. Switching back to cricket is not difficult at all because it is in my blood like it is for every other team member and the team management as well, so getting back to professional front is not difficult at all.”
Meanwhile, Anushka is busy shooting for Aanand L. Rai’s Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She is also taking sewing lessons for Sui Dhaaga which also stars Varun Dhawan. Her next production Pari is set for a March 2 release.
