Sourav Ganguly believes India can win the upcoming ODI World Cup if they continue the good form they have shown in the lead-up to the tournament. India is the host for the first time since 2011 when they won the title for the second time in their history. They are under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma and have a strong team with a good mix of experience and youth.
Sourav Ganguly, a former India captain and BCCI president, said: “This is going to be a big World Cup. The World Cup is a big tournament. India has been playing very well, so it is a matter of delight. We hope that they continue to play the same good Cricket for the next 45 days.”

India announced their final 15-man squad for the World Cup on Thursday, with Ravichandran Ashwin replacing the injured Axar Patel. They will open their campaign against five-time champions Australia in Chennai on October 8, before taking on Afghanistan in Delhi.
India will then head to Ahmedabad for a blockbuster meeting with Pakistan on October 14. The top-four teams after the round-robin stage will advance to the semi-finals and the final will be played on November 19.
The Indian team is one of the favorites to win the ODI World Cup. They have a strong team with a good balance of batting and bowling. They are also playing in home conditions, which will be a big advantage.

However, they will need to be at their best to win the tournament. There are other strong teams in the competition, such as Australia, England, and South Africa. India will also need to be careful of Pakistan, who have always been a dangerous opponent in World Cups. If India can continue the good form they have shown in the lead up to the tournament, they will be in a good position to win the World Cup.
