Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have kicked off their IPL 2025 campaign in style, securing back-to-back wins against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Amid their strong start, RCB’s batting talisman, Virat Kohli, hosted a team dinner at his restaurant, where a lighthearted moment involving an MS Dhoni fan stole the spotlight.

As Kohli entered the venue, he immediately spotted a CSK fan wearing the iconic yellow jersey. Clearly amused, he gestured at the fan, lifting his right arm and making a playful remark that drew laughter from those around him. Dressed in a sleek all-black outfit paired with white sneakers, Kohli’s reaction quickly went viral, adding another fun chapter to the ever-entertaining RCB-CSK rivalry.

Batting first against the defending champions, RCB posted a strong total of 196/7, with Patidar playing a vital 32-ball 51. Kohli chipped in with a composed 31, laying a solid foundation. CSK, in response, struggled against RCB’s disciplined bowling attack. Josh Hazlewood, Yash Dayal, and Liam Livingstone stifled their chase, restricting them to 146/9 in 20 overs.
