At just 14 years of age, Vaibhav Suryavanshi etched his name into the history books by smashing his maiden IPL fifty, sending a clear message that he’s here to stay.

Chasing a daunting target of 210, the southpaw opened the innings alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal and showed no signs of nerves. Instead, he tore into GT’s celebrated bowling attack with fearless strokeplay.
Facing seasoned pacers like Mohammed Siraj and Ishant Sharma, Suryavanshi showed incredible maturity beyond his years. In the fourth over, he unleashed absolute carnage on Ishant Sharma, hammering three sixes and two boundaries in an over that cost 28 runs. The youngster made batting look ridiculously easy, dismantling bowlers with both power and precision.
