Mumbai Indians youngster Raja Bawa pulled off a sensational diving catch to dismiss Virat Kohli for a golden duck during the high-voltage IPL 2026 clash against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday, May 10. The breakthrough came in the very first over of RCB’s chase when experienced pacer Deepak Chahar delivered a teasing fuller-length ball outside off stump.

Kohli attempted to charge down the track and go big towards the leg side, but failed to get proper timing on the shot. Stationed at mid-off, Raja Bawa reacted brilliantly, diving sharply to his right to complete a stunning low catch that silenced the Bengaluru crowd.

At the time of writing, RCB were struggling at 110/4 after 14 overs, with Krunal Pandya and Jitesh Sharma trying to rebuild the innings.
