The all-rounder broke into an energetic dance before Virat Kohli joined him, creating a memorable scene that delighted fans across social media platforms. The clip perfectly reflected the relaxed and confident atmosphere within the RCB camp after another successful season. While the celebrations grabbed attention, Kohli once again proved why he remains one of the biggest match-winners in IPL history.

Chasing a target of 156, the former RCB captain produced a composed and authoritative innings, ensuring there were no late twists in the final. Virat Kohli remained unbeaten on 75 off 42 deliveries, anchoring the chase with nine boundaries and three sixes. His knock combined aggression with control and helped Bengaluru comfortably cross the finish line with two overs to spare.

 

Speaking after receiving the Player of the Match award, Virat Kohli admitted that RCB entered the final with a sense of calm confidence. “So yeah, just a dream day for us. We felt really relaxed coming into the game and were confident about the kind of cricket we wanted to play. That confidence allows you to handle any situation during a chase,” Kohli said.

The innings was significant for another reason as well. During his match-winning knock, Kohli registered the fastest half-century of his IPL career, reaching the landmark in just 25 balls.
