Former South Africa pacer and current India men’s bowling coach Morne Morkel is set to make his Indian television debut in the upcoming season of Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, the popular stunt-based reality show hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty. The new season, themed ‘Darr Ka Naya Daur’, was filmed in South Africa and is already drawing attention for its unusual cricket crossover.
Morkel will appear in a special cricket-themed stunt where celebrity contestants will be challenged to face his trademark pace. In the segment, participants are required to catch fast deliveries bowled directly by the former fast bowler, turning a familiar cricket drill into a high-pressure test of courage, reflexes and concentration. With Rohit Shetty at the helm, the stunt promises to add a sporting edge to the show’s usual dose of fear and adrenaline.

Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 will premiere on August 1 on Colors TV and JioHotstar, with new episodes airing every Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM. The show continues to push celebrity contestants to their physical and mental limits, and Morkel’s appearance adds a unique cricketing twist to the format.
