The second game of Sunday’s double-header will be between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals at MA Chidambaram Stadium. Chennai is currently the table toppers of the Indian Premier League 2019 with two wins out of two games while Rajasthan lost both of their games and currently sitting on the last position. Though Rajasthan has played some good cricket throughout their two games but crunch moments went against them, which cost them the match.

Chennai started their tournament against Royal Challengers Bangalore and bundled them for a mere total of 70 runs. In their second game, they reduced Delhi Capitals for a total below 150. So it is no surprise that CSK’s bowling lineup will be leading them from the front. Batting wise CSK is very strong as they have several big hitters in their rank.

Chennai may not tamper with the winning XI against Rajasthan and can field with the same team that played against Delhi.

Probable XI: Shane Watson, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni (C/WK), Kedar Jadhav, Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur, Imran Tahir, Harbhajan Singh.

Double R is playing well in the ongoing IPL but they failed to win the crunch moments in the game. Their last encounter was against Sunrisers Hyderabad, where they failed to defend a big total of 199 and lost the match win one over to spare. Rajasthan’s first game versus Kings XI Punjab was rather thrilling, where they collapsed while chasing 185 runs.

They are likely to make few changes in their team. Jaydev Unadkat is not bowling in good rhythm and has leaked too many runs with troubling any batsmen. Even Dhawal Kulkarni is not doing well with the ball. Varun Aaron can replace Unadkat for this game.

Probable XI: Ajinkya Rahane (C), Jos Buttler (WK), Sanju Samson, Steve Smith, Ben Stokes, Rahul Tripathi, K Gowtham, Shreyas Gopal, Jofra Archer, Varun Aaron, Dhawal Kulkarni.
