Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka and Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s wife Sakshi were schoolmates before even knowing about their future husbands. Yes, you read it right! Anushka Sharma and Sakshi Dhoni were schoolmates.
The two went to the same school, St Mary’s School, Margherita in Assam together. While Anushka Sharma had in fact revealed in 2013, that she had during her conversation with Sakshi discovered that they went to the same school, now, there is a photo to prove that fact. Check it out below.
In one photo, Anushka and Sakshi seem to be dressed up in costumes for a play or maybe a fancy dress competition. While Anushka is dressed in a pink Ghaghara choli, Sakshi is dressed as a fairy princess. Another seems to be a class photo of the two and honestly, even we couldn’t recognize the row in which either of them is seated.
Anushka Sharma made this revelation during an interview with India Today, “Sakshi and I lived together in a very small town in Assam. When she told me where she lived, I said wow, I have lived here too! She said I went to this school, I said I went to this school too… And then I found a picture in which Sakshi is dressed as a fairy and I’m dressed in a Ghaghara like my favorite idol Madhuri. Sakshi is extremely funny.”
