On Wednesday, Team India registered a 9-0 tour sweep over Sri Lanka after winning the only T20I of the tour which lasted for 6 weeks, the next challenge for Team India will be to continue their winning run at home against two of the best-limited overs teams, Australia and New Zealand.
The men in blue will now be locking horns with the mighty Aussies and the Blackcaps and would like to continue their winning run, the next challenge for Team India will be to continue their winning run at home.
BCCI has finally announced the schedule for both the tours and ended weeks of speculation over the venues and dates. India will play Australia for 5 ODIs and 3 T20Is series between September 17 and October 13, after which they will take on New Zealand for 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is series from October 22 to November 7.
India and Australia will battle for the numero uno spot in the ICC ODI rankings, which will definitely provide an edge to the battle which is often been a heated one.
