Bipul Sharma Announces Retirement, To Leave India And Play In USA

The Indian first-class cricketer Bipul Sharma has bid adieu to domestic cricket on Sunday. He used to play for Punjab and never got a chance to play international cricket. Bipul Sharma is an all-rounder who has played many important matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Bipul played 59 first-class matches in which he scored 3012 runs with the help of 8 centuries, 17 half-centuries, and also took 126 wickets.

Bipul Sharma made his first-class debut for Punjab in the year 2005. Hee informed about his retirement through social media. Giving information about his son, Bipul Sharma wrote that he wrote, “25 years!!! I can’t believe I have been playing this long… Finally, the day has arrived for me to bid adieu to the game that I have cherished and loved all my life.”

He further added, “The journey has been remarkable and it would not have been possible without the blessings of the Almighty, unflinching support of my family – my mother, my uncle, and my wife who have always stood by me. I would also like to thank my coaches, mentors, peers, and all my friends and well-wishers for the support, and encouragement I have received over the years. “

Bipul Sharma was also a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team when they won the tournament in the year 2016. He played an important role in helping SRH win the title against RCB in the final. India is not taking the name of stopping the process of retiring Indian players in the year 2021.

This year, the captain of the team that won the Under-19 World Cup, Unmukt Chand, Smit Patel, and then Harmeet Singh had retired from domestic cricket.
