“After doing so much for the country, you must give him a proper send-off. A match in Delhi, with his family and coach present, is the least he deserves,” Suresh Raina added.

Many expressed hope that Kohli reconsiders his decision. “He should take back his retirement from Tests,” said Manoj, a fan from Odisha, echoing the sentiment of thousands still not ready to say goodbye.
