The self-proclaimed Universe Boss, Chris Gayle has been a giant when it comes to the Indian Premier League (IPL). He was a brute force and hadn’t run out of gas even at the age of 42. He started his career for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) after which he moved to the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). From RCB, he moved to the Punjab Kings (PBKS). He played four seasons for the Punjab-based team before being released by the franchise.
After entertaining the crowd for a number of years, Chris Gayle won’t be taking part in the 2022 IPL. The Jamaican refrained from taking part in this Indian Premier League mega auction on February 12 and 13. It invariably pulled the curtains down on his illustrious career.
