Cricketing Fraternity Wishes Pm Narendra Modi On His Birthday

Today, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 69th birthday, and hence, the wishes started pouring in from the cricketing fraternity. The Indian skipper, Virat Kohli, and the legendary batsman, Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter to wish the Prime Minister.

Virat tweeted, “Wishing our honorable Prime Minister, @narendramodi ji a very happy birthday. Wish you all the good health and success in your pursuit of taking our nation to greater heights.”

While Sachin tweeted: “Happy Birthday Hon. PM @narendramodi ji. Your vision for a healthier and cleaner India is an inspiration for all. May you always be blessed with good health in life.”

Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan also wished PM Modi on his birthday.┬а┬а“Wishing the PM, Dhawan tweeted: Thank you for all your efforts towards making our country greater than ever, sir”.

Cheteshwar Pujara wished the PM Modi “good health and great achievements” on the occasion. The Test specialist tweeted: “Happy birthday to our respected and honorable Prime Minister @narendramodi ji, wishing you good health and great achievements in the years ahead”.

Former cricketer and now a BJP MP Gautam Gambhir also wished PM Modi on his birthday. He tweeted in Hindi as he wrote: “We are proud of a Prime Minister who has given the same status to the Parliament as he has given to his mother and bows his head only in front of them.”

All-rounder Hardik Pandya also wished the Prime Minister on the special occasion. He tweeted: “Birthday wishes to our Honourable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji. Wishing you health and happiness. #HappyBdayPMModi”.

PM Modi is on a visit to his home state Gujarat. The Prime Minister┬аvisited the Statue of Unity┬аon Narmada river and is also visited the Sardar Sarovar Dam to kick off the “Namami Narmade” festival.

Currently, the Indian team is hosting the South African team for a three-match T20I series out of which the first one has been washed out due to rain in Dharamsala and the second T20I is scheduled to take place in Mohali on Wednesday. The T20I series will be followed by a three-match Test series.
