Currently, the two South Indian greats, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are locking horns with each other at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. After winning the toss, the RCB skipper, Virat Kohli asked the hosts to bat first and they took the offer with both the hands as both the SRH openers, David Warner and Jonny Bairstow scored centuries in the game.
During the toss, the SRH skipper, Bhuvneshwar Kumar revealed that they have made two changes in the squad as Kane Williamson and Shahbaaz Nadeem made way for Mohammed Nabi and Deepak Hooda. On the other hand, the RCB also made a change as Navdeep Saini made way for Prayas Ray Barman.
Bairstow and Warner had a flashy start as they amassed 59 runs off the powerplay over and even after that they kept on clobbering the RCB bowlers as none of visiting bowlers were spared by the duo. At one point in the game, they toying with the bowlers as they amassed as many as 185 runs for the opening before Bairstow getting out to Yuzvendra Chahal in the 17th over.

After the dismissal of Bairstow, Vijay Shankar came out to bat who started by smashing a six to Chahal, but his stay didn’t continue for long as he was dismissed by the brilliant fielding display of AB de Villiers and Shimron Hetmyer.
On the third ball of the 18th over bowled by Mohammed Siraj, Warner mistimed the length ball and ball went to the cover region while he attempted to slog it over. The ball fell in the vacant area and Shankar demanded the second run, but as Warner turned down for the second, Shankar was beaten by the throw. However, first DE Villiers went for the catch but when he saw that Hetmyer is going to collect in and knowing that he can’t make it, ABD the slide back which helped Hetmyer to aim a perfect throw.
