The VIVO IPL 2019 Player Auction will be held in Jaipur on this Tuesday (December 18). A total of 346 players have been shortlisted for the auction while only 70 players can be selected from the auction.

While some big known players are available in this auction but sometimes the limited budgets might challenge the franchises. So, the franchises are also looking at some less-popular but talented players who have the abilities to match the stars on the field.

Here we are talking about the five less-popular talented cricketers who should be on the radar of IPL teams during the IPL 2019 Auction.

Shivam Dube (India)

Recently, the legendary Indian batsman Sunil Gavaskar praised the 25-year-old Mumbai batsman Shivam Dube as he felt that Dube should be on the top radar of the IPL franchises for the upcoming season. Talking about the reason for his thought, Gavaskar felt that he is one of the top powerful left-handed batsmen since Sourav Ganguly and Yuvraj Singh.

Apart from being a left-handed batsman, Dube is also a handy right-arm medium bowler. Playing 13 T20s, Dube has scored 189 runs (average 23.62) with the impressive strike-rate of 147.65 and also has picked up 10 wickets (average 26.30).
