The flamboyant Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya went on to recall his first meeting with fiancée Natasa Stankovic has said that she did not know anything about him. He has always been known for his flashy strokes on the field and then an equally flashy life off it. Colorful clothes, expensive watches, and high-speed cars, Hardik loves it all.

The 26-year-old has often been seen acknowledging in fact, went on record to say that he likes the ‘Caribbean way of living’. However, in a recent interview with Cricbuzz, he talked about his fiancee Natasa Stankovic. Pandya said that Natasa was not at all aware of his stardom and knew nothing about him when they met for the first time.

Ever, confident Hardik added that it was his talking skills that helped him woo the Serbia-born actress. Pandya, who recently announced that he would soon be a father, added that he was wearing a hat, a watch and a chain at one in the night when Natasa spotted him first.

Hardik elaborated, “She had no idea who I was. She saw someone in a hat at a place where I met her, wearing a hat, a chain, a watch, at 1 AM. So she thought he is ‘alag prakaar ka aadmi aaya’ (different kind of person came). That is when I started talking to her, started knowing each other. Then, we started dating. Then got engaged on December 31.”

Pandya went on to elaborate that he had informed no one about his engagement to Natasa Stankovic on December 31, 2019. The Mumbai Indians star added that even his brother Krunal came to know about his engagement plan 2 days before the occasion.

The all-rounder added, “My parents also didn’t know that I was getting engaged. Two days before (the engagement), I told Krunal. I told him, ‘I have had enough. I have found someone in my life who I actually love, and I am becoming better.’ They (family) backed me and told ‘do whatever you want, me and Kunal are riding on the same boat.”
