Himanshu Rana to lead India U-19 in Asia Cup

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India U-19 team for Asia Cup on Monday and named Himanshu Rana as skipper. The fourth edition of the tournament will be played in Malaysia from November 9-20.

Haryana lad Rana has managed 705 runs in 13 first-class matches, where his average is 33.57. Abhishek Sharma will fill the duties of vice-captain. India has won all three previous editions of the tournament and all eyes will be glued on them for another title.

India U-19 Squad: Himanshu Rana (captain), Abhishek Sharma (vice-captain), Atharva Taide, Manjot Kalra, Salman Khan, Anuj Rawat, Harvik Desai, Riyan Parag, Anukul Roy, Shiva Singh, Tanush Kotian, Darshan Nalkande, Vivekanand Tiwary, Aditya Thakare, Mandeep Singh.
