After a great Australian tour, the Indian cricketers are now focusing for the New Zealand tour where they will play the limited-overs series. On Sunday (20 January), the team landed at Auckland airport to start the new international tour and the players got a huge fresh welcome from the fans at the airport.

The Indian cricket team had a great experience in their previous international tour in Australia that ran from the middle of last November to this month. Starting that tour with the three-match T20I series, India managed to level that series as it was ended in a 1-1 result.

At next, in the four-match Test series, India won by the 1-2 margins and claimed their first ever Test series in Australia. Recently, India once again won the three-match ODI series by the 1-2 margins, which was also their first ever bilateral ODI series victory in Australia.

After completion of that tour, the Indian cricket team has just arrived in New Zealand to play another fresh limited-over series, starting on 23 January. On Sunday, when the cricketers landed at Auckland airport, they were welcomed very warmly by the Indian cricket fans. Many fans got autographs from the Indian cricket stars.

The Bollywood actress and the wife of the present Indian captain (Virat Kohli), Anushka Sharma also travelled along with the Indian cricket team.
