Indian batsman Hanuma Vihari slammed a fan on his social media account when he was trying to help the people in need. Vihari has been helping the people to fight against coronavirus but a user commented ‘why don’t you pay man’, which left Vihari fuming.

India is currently going through the second wave of coronavirus. The nation is seeing a record number of cases daily and the death toll is hovering around four thousand per day.

The celebrities have come forward to help the people in need and are raising funds to provide needs. Hanuma Vihari is the latest name in this list, who has created a group of 100 volunteers to offer needy people plasma, oxygen cylinders and hospital beds.

He is gaining a lot of praises for his actions so far but a user put him off with a negative comment. Vihari urged people to reach the needy in his latest post, where the caption reads, “A 22-year girl Anusha’s father and her brother both on the ventilator and are fighting for their life. They have no savings and the hospital bill is up to 1.5 lakh per day. Any help would be so big for her and her family. Link in bio.”

A user replied to this post with a comment, “Why don’t you pay man! You’re a famous athlete.”

This response annoyed Vihari who bashed this user with his reply. He replied “It’s a shame but India is in this position because there are people like you living in this country. Real shame!!”

Currently, Vihari is in England playing the County Cricket for Warwickshire. He hasn’t had a memorable performance so far and is struggling to play a big knock.
