3. The Missing Hero – Kedar Jadhav

The first match of the IPL 2018 will be remembered for the heroics of Dwayne Bravo and Kedar Jadhav. Needing 7 runs from the last over, Kedar came out to bat despite the hamstring injury to clinch a miraculous win for the men in yellow.

Jadhav sustained a grade 2 hamstring muscle tear while batting during Chennai’s thrilling chase, and had to be retired hurt in the middle. He came back to the crease in the last over of the match and took the Super Kings past the finishing line with a six and a four of the fourth delivery and fifth of the over.

The heroics have ruled out Kedar of the rest of the IPL and CSK will miss their bravest hero.
